After two years of online ceremonies due to the pandemic, the Ford Dorsey Master’s in International Policy program celebrated with a fully in-person graduation ceremony for the 2022 graduating class.
Soomin Jun, a member of the Ford Dorsey Master's in International Policy Class of 2022, urged fellow graduates to remain humble and do good for each other and those in their communities.

Chelsea Berkey and other Ford Dorsey Master's in International Policy alumni have gone to extraordinary lengths to help extract at-risk Afghan civilians before and after the U.S. withdrawal from Afghanistan.

Emily Bauer (Master’s in International Policy '22) gained first-hand experience with the importance of education for children in unstable environments as an intern with the United States Agency for International Development's Africa Bureau.

During her summer internship with the Asia Policy Institute, Chaeri Park (Master's in International Policy '22) focused on how nations in Southeast Asia are working bilaterally, regionally, and globally to tackle problems around cybersecurity.
The 2023 class of the Ford Dorsey Master’s in International Policy are finally here on campus and ready to dive into two years of learning, research and policy projects at the Freeman Spogli Institute for International Studies.

Kathryn Stoner Named Mosbacher Director of the Center on Democracy, Development and the Rule of Law
Stoner, a Senior Fellow at the Freeman Spogli Institute for International Studies (FSI) and Professor of Political Science (by courtesy) at Stanford, will lead the Center’s efforts to understand how countries can overcome poverty, instability, and abusive rule to become prosperous societies.

As part of FSI's Policy Change Studio, four master's students have partnered with the U.S. National Renewable Energy Laboratory to connect businesses in the Yucatan Peninsula with reliable, inexpensive, and clean energy.
Wang, who is specializing in international security, will pursue a Ph.D in politics at Oxford University.
First-year Master’s in International Policy student Janani Mohan is attending her Stanford classes virtually, phone-banking in swing states, and working on her nonprofit from her home in the Washington, D.C. area.
Lalit, who graduated from the Master’s in International Policy program in 2016, is making a policy impact on environmental issues in a number of ways, and recently received two awards for her efforts.
