These resources are used to create, modify, and schedule courses. Please note that all course information must be submitted to the Registrar's Office by the relevant deadlines posted below. The MIP Instructor Handbook, which will be updated in late summer for AY 2023-2024, contains details on things like course policies, the syllabus, exams, and student privacy and support resources.
Course units are particularly important since they cannot be changed once a given quarter opens for enrollment (September 4, 2025 for Autumn Quarter; December 4, 2025 for Winter Quarter; March 5, 2026 for Spring Quarter).

First Day of the Academic Quarter:
- Autumn Quarter - Monday, September 22, 2025
- Winter Quarter - Monday, January 5, 2026
- Spring Quarter - Monday, March 30, 2026
Grades Due:
- Autumn Quarter - Tuesday, December 16, 2025 by 11:59 pm
- Winter Quarter - Tuesday, March 24, 2026 by 11:59 pm
- Spring Quarter - Friday, June 12, 2026 by 11:59 pm (for graduating students) or Tuesday, June 16, 2026 by 11:59 pm (for non-graduating students)
