The Vault Conference Room is a flex space equipped with full AV capabilities. It can seat up to 12 for meetings but can also be configured for presentations or gatherings.
Vault Booking Policies
The Vault is primarily for the MIP team as well as our students and instructors. External events are considered on a case-by-case basis.
Any user agrees to return the room to its original configuration after use. This includes pushing in chairs, moving tables back to their original location, wiping down surfaces, and cleaning any trash or spills. Overflowing trash or recycling must be transferred to the bins next to the MIP Kitchen.
Any user also agrees to turn off the AV equipment and lights as well as close and lock the door.
