The Europe Center Internships
- Bruegel is a leading European think tank in the field of economic policy. Bruegel currently has an in-house team of 25, and a fellowship of 15 non-resident scholars. It works in the fields of European macroeconomics, finance and financial regulation, the global economy and governance, and sustainable growth. Funded by 17 EU member states, 31 international corporations and 10 institutions, Bruegel has a unique funding model to match its innovative approach to the running of a think tank.
- Institute for European Environmental Policy (IEEP), an environmental sustainability policy think tank based in Belgium. Working with stakeholders across EU institutions, international bodies, academia, civil society and industry, our team of policy professionals composed of economists, scientists and lawyers produce evidence-based research and policy insight. Our work spans nine research areas and covers both short-term policy issues and long-term strategic studies. As a non-for-profit organization with over 40-years of experience, we are committed to advancing impact-driven sustainability policy across the EU and the world.
- The Lisbon Council for Economic Competitiveness and Social Renewal is a Brussels-based think tank and policy network. Established in 2003 in Belgium as a non-profit, non-partisan association, the group is dedicated to making a positive contribution through cutting-edge research and by engaging political leaders and the public at large in a constructive exchange about the economic and social challenges of the 21st century. The Lisbon Council is a thought leader in Brussels on broad issues of social, political and economic modernization, with a special focus and expertise on Europe. The Lisbon Council is also active in a wide range of specific areas, including fiscal and economic policy, trade, technology and innovation, digital (incl. copyright, data policy, telecommunications, cyber security, privacy/data protection), competition, labor, public sector transformation, development policy. - The Renew Europe Group is the faction of liberal Members of the European Parliament (MEPs). Together with its liberal member parties across the European continent, it seeks to translate the principle of freedom into politics, economics, and all other areas of society.
- The Museum of Occupations and Freedom VABAMU/ SA Kistler Ritso Eesti, a private institution in Estonia whose task is to collect, process, study and present the history of the occupations of Estonia, 1939-1991, the resistance movement and the return of independent statehood.
