Dan Zimmer

Dan Zimmer is a lecturer in the Civic, Liberal, and Global Education program at Stanford University. His scholarship combines political theory, intellectual history, and science and technologies studies to explore the implications that the advent of planet-scale power carries for Western political thought. His current research traces a series of deeply entwined developments in nuclear weapons technology, planetary ecology, and artificial intelligence.
