Christina Farhat
Biography
Christina Farhat joins the Ford Dorsey Master’s in International Policy at Stanford from Databricks, where she manages the Product Legal Program and spearheaded the company’s AI Compliance and Policy function, working closely with MosaicML. In this role, she drives cross-functional initiatives at the intersection of law, technology, and business operations, ensuring regulatory readiness in a rapidly evolving global landscape. Prior to her work in tech, Christina held positions at the International Finance Corporation (World Bank), the United Nations HQ, and worked as a foreign correspondent for Annahar News based in Beirut. Her diverse background across cutting-edge technology, development, and journalism uniquely equips her to address the
complex policy challenges emerging from Artificial Intelligence.
At Stanford, Christina is focused on connecting the dots between AI Policy and Industry, and the geopolitics of compute. Christina holds two bachelor’s degrees from the University of California, Los Angeles in Political Science and International Development Studies graduating with departmental honors.
