New York, NY

This second workshop of the Stanford Internet Observatory's End-to-End Encryption series will focus on potential technical options to balance safety, privacy and security on E2EE networks outside of exceptional access backdoors. Held in association with the 2020 Real World Crypto Conference, the workshop will bring together academics, industry technologists, and civil society. Our goal is to better define the safety and privacy requirements of any such feature and to leave the event with new directions for research and collaboration.
