Climate change, energy policy
He Gang's work at PESD focuses on China's energy and climate change policy. Prior to joining PESD, he did his internship at the World Resources Institute as a Cynthia Helms Fellow. He worked for the Global Roundtable on Climate Change at the Earth Institute at Columbia University while completing a M.A. on Climate and Society from 2007 to 2008. He was a visiting scholar in the Graduate School of Journalism in spring 2007 at UC Berkeley helping to coordinate the China Environment Report Program. He attended the UNFCCC COP11/MOP1 in Montreal 2005 as a youth delegate of China. He received a B.S. in geography and a M.S. on natural resources management from Peking University.
