Jean-Luc Dehaene - Vice-President of the Constitutional Convention on the Future of Europe and forrmer Prime-Minister of Belgium

Jean-Luc Dehaene is one of the most prominent Belgian and European politicians. As Prime Minister in the 1990s he transformed his country into a federal state and prepared it for the Euro. He was President of the European Council in 1993 and more recently Vice-President of the EU's constitutional convention. He will talk about the prospects for the adoption of an EU constitution.
