Kimberly Renk joined FSI in January 2018 as the Manager for Policy Outreach and Practicum Development. In this role, she works with FSI faculty to help translate research findings into policy domains and manages practicum projects for the Ford Dorsey Program in International Policy Studies. Prior to joining FSI, Kimberly was Program and Training Manager at the Evidence for Policy Design (EPoD) program at the Harvard Kennedy School. Previously, she managed public policy initiatives in the Dominican Republic Ministry of Youth as a Fulbright–Clinton Fellow and the Liberian Ministry of Labor as a Carter Center/Transnational Law Institute Fellow. She was also a lawyer at the law firm WilmerHale in Washington, DC. Kimberly holds an MPA from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University, a JD from New York University School of Law, and a BA in Communication Studies from the University of California, Los Angeles.
