Research Interests
patient safety and healthcare quality

Jennifer Hayes joined CHP/PCOR in August 2006 as a data analyst for the project, "Improving Safety Culture and Outcomes in Health Care." She came to Stanford from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business, where she had worked with Dr. Anita Tucker, Co-Investigator of the study. Jennifer's experience also includes working with qualitative data on nurse front-line problem solving, and managing a longitudinal research project at Harvard's Graduate School of Education. She received a Bachelor of Science in psychology and Master's degrees from Boston University and Harvard University.
