Nancy Contreras is the external affairs coordinator at CISAC. Prior to CISAC, she spent six years at San Francisco State University, where she worked in development through the university's major gifts, annual giving, and alumni relations. She worked as a consultant to the Japanese Cultural and Community Center of Northern California (JCCCNC) on a state-wide conference in 2005 sponsored by the California Civil Liberties Public Education Program, titled "Notice to All: The California Conference on the Internment of Japanese Americans." Contreras received a BA in economics from Whittier College.
