Innovations are saving and improving lives in Africa, says Bill Gates

Just back from a trip to Africa, Bill Gates, co-chair of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, visited campus Wednesday, April 4, for a brief talk and Q&A with students. In his presentation, titled “Getting Better: A View from Africa,” Gates discussed how innovations in everything from peas to circumcision are saving and improving lives on the continent.
