In magazine articles, Wise discusses lack of policy attention to kids' health needs
CHP/PCOR In the NewsCHP/PCOR core faculty member Paul H. Wise provides comment for two articles in the latest issue of Stanford Medicine magazine -- a theme issue focusing on children's health care. In "The hidden competition for U.S. health-care resources," Wise discusses the lack of attention being paid, at a policy level, to the special health needs of children. In "Better not take today's children's hospitals for granted," he discusses the advanced resources available at children's hospitals and the advantages of regionalizing specialized pediatric care at a few centers of excellence.
