CISAC fellow quoted on political refugees' plight

CISAC fellow Kelly M. Greenhill is quoted in a July 22 Christian Science Monitor article on the persistent plight of African refugees seeking new countries in which to settle. The article focuses on new United Nations initiatives to address the "warehousing" of refugees, who too often languish in settlement areas ostensibly meant to be temporary. The standing committee of the U.N. High Commissioner for Refugees met in June to address the problem, drawing on current research. The author quotes Kelly M.
