CDDRL faculty help launch new MOOC on international development
Center on Democracy, Development and the Rule of Law core faculty members - Larry Diamond, Francis Fukuyama, Steve Krasner, and Erik Jensen - in partnership with The University of Oslo and other global partners in Malawi and China, have launched a massive open online course (MOOC) called "What Works? Promising Practices in International Development." The free online course aims to help students examine development interventions critically to craft more successful approaches to development. Launched this week, the MOOC is taught by a multi-disciplinary faculty who will explore key strategies in development aid, poverty reduction and good governance.
