Working closely with the School of Humanities and Sciences, and the other six schools at Stanford, FSI has the lead role in advancing the Stanford International Initiative, launched in 2005 to promote cross-campus collaborations on three overarching challenges of our time: pursuing peace and security, improving governance at all levels of society, and advancing human well-being.

A World of Change explores this exciting new enterprise and its promise for transforming Stanford, while expanding the University's global outreach and influence through bold new interdisciplinary research and imaginative policy recommendations.
